Payment Policy: Payments must be received within 60 days of the invoice date or by December 1, 2025, whichever comes first. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be required to provide payment to attend the event.

Refund Policy: CBHA plans menus and programs based on planned attendance. If you are unable to attend after registering, your ticket is transferable to another attendee. Email Sarah Croft, above, and she will adjust our attendee list. If the transfer to another attendee is not possible, a refund can be issued 30 days prior to the first day of the conference. There will be no refunds after that time.
