Aetna Medicaid is committed to improving both the quality and efficiency of the benefits we provide for our members. As part of that commitment, our Community Advocacy Team is hosting a focus group meeting on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. to best understand the needs of Medicaid recipients and the agencies that serve them in regards to health insurance and the challenges they face day to day.
We are inviting members, caregivers, nurses, case managers, social workers, and respected key organizations who serve the Medicaid population.
The purpose of the focus group is to help uncover barriers to accessing healthcare and discuss unique solutions specific to Carbondale, Illinois. This assists us in determining how to create incentives for members, their doctors, and community partner grants while providing healthcare coverage in your community.
